Pricing

At LiquiEstate, we provide a unique service when it comes to Estate Liquidation and Sales. Our goal is to make the transition process of an estate as easy as possible. For the clients we serve our goal is to not only assist in selling the individual items a person has collected but also to assist in the transfer of the final home asset as well.

While different estate sales and real estate sales companies focus on quick sales with little regard to value, our goal is to capture and maximize the value of both the personal property and the home itself. We do not do auctions as we feel this often limits opportunities and reduces botto- line returns. We only hold estate sales of personal property on a Friday through Sunday schedule in order to maximize foot traffic and gain the greatest value in sales. For the real estate portion, we market such on a 24/7 basis and personally attend each showing in order to highlight property features.

For personal property sales, we use a sliding fee that starts at 25%. For the real estate portion, we provide consultation on the best terms to capture the greatest level of equity accumulation.
